Labor’s $32bn housing plan is a joke that is:
- already massively missing all construction targets;
- will skyrocket prices through a shared equity ponzi scheme;
- corporatise rents, embedding higher inflation, and
- keep the pressure on via out-of-control immigration.
The only way to restore the Australian human right to housing is to slash immigration to nothing for five years and allow housing to catch up.
